E-ZPass Customer Program Information and User Guide


Instructions provided below are for existing E-ZPass account holders

  • Retain the Mission Number and Special Travel Code, if applicable, along with the Mission Travel Dates.
  • If you do not have a Mission Number, contact the PA Turnpike’s Traffic and Operations Center at 1.866.332.5889.
  • Make sure all vehicles that are traveling are listed on your E-ZPass account.
  • Keep your E-ZPass account in good standing to prevent violations.
  • Participation in the PA Turnpike’s Emergency Travel Program entitles you to special toll rates.
