Important Information Regarding Email Notifications

To provide better customer service, PTC E-ZPass customers can now choose to receive important account information or notifications via email. Listed below are the current notifications available:
  • Changes to Your E-ZPass Agreement Terms & Conditions
  • Expired Credit Card Notification
  • Low Balance Notification for E-ZPass Customers with Manual Replenishment
  • Rejected Credit Card Auto Replenishment Notification

Additional notifications will be added in the future.


To receive notifications from the PTC E-Z Customer Service Center regarding your account, select the correct option below:


 
An email notification will be sent to: No email address on file. Incorrect email address?
Change it below. See STEP 1.

To receive notifications by email, you will be required to complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Verify Current Email Address

Verify the current email address of the primary contact listed on the account. Email notifications will only be sent to the email address listed for the primary contact. Should you wish to change the email address for the primary contact, please enter and confirm it below:

STEP 2: Check your Email

You will receive a notification from the PTC E-ZPass Customer Service Center asking you to confirm your selection. The subject line of the email will be ‘Email Notification Requested’ and will come from DoNotReply@ptcezpassmail.com. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. Also, to ensure delivery, update your address book to allow emails from this address.

STEP 3: Click the Link

Click on the link within the email to verify that you received it.

Account notifications and correspondence will not be sent by email until you perform all 3 steps!

Click on the Save button below to save your selections and begin the email verification process.
