If you choose not to have your account automatically replenished by credit or debit card, you must contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center to select a different replenishment method option. Manually replenished accounts will require a transponder deposit.

The E-ZPass Customer Service Center's phone number is 877.736.6727 and business hours are Call Center and Customer Service Walk In Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 7:00 PM.

To add a GoPak to your existing Pennsylvania Turnpike E-ZPass account, login to your E-ZPass account and under "Transponder Information" section, select “Add GoPak Transponder”. You will need to have your GoPak transponder number and PIN.

Thank you for purchasing a Pennsylvania Turnpike E-ZPass GoPak. You need to register your transponder, and then setup your online account access.

To register your transponder you will need a major credit card, an e-mail address and your vehicle's license plate number to proceed.

To start, please enter your GoPak login information below.

You must enter all four digits of your PIN, including any leading zeros.
