New website features for PTC E-ZPass Customers
  • Sign up to receive emails regarding your E-ZPass account. Login to your account from our website and click on Statement/Letter Delivery Options. Don’t know your User ID and password? Contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 877.736.6727 during normal business hours for assistance.

  • Dispute tolls via our website. Customers can review their toll transactions and check a box to dispute an individual toll or multiple tolls and upload supporting documents. No need to fill out forms or mail paperwork!

  • Double entry now required when adding a new license plate number to your account. This extra step was added to remind customers how important it is to enter license plate information correctly. Customers who enter license plate information incorrectly may incur erroneous charges.

  • Rental vehicles can now be added to your E-ZPass account. When adding a vehicle to your account, customers can now indicate the vehicle as a rental car and enter the start and end dates.
