To address concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) suspended the collection of cash tolls. Effective March 17, 2020, all tolls will be collected electronically via E-ZPass or the PTC’s TOLL BY PLATE (TBP) program. If you travel on our roadway during this time and do not have E-ZPass, the PTC will take an image of your vehicle’s license plate and send a TBP invoice to the vehicle’s registered owner. Because the suspension of collecting tolls in cash is temporary, the PTC will make every effort to send one invoice for all of your travel during this time. It might be several weeks before you receive it. When it is safe to do so, the PTC will reinstate the collection of tolls in cash. The PTC apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your understanding as these measures were taken to protect the safety of our customers and employees.

Please be advised, the PTC EZPass Call Center hours have changed. The Call Center will be open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The Service Center will be Closed to the public until further notice.
Our website, automated phone system, and mobile app will still be available during this time. Thank you.
