Important Customer Notice:

Due to an international phishing scheme many E-ZPass customers and non-customers have received emails claiming to be from E-ZPass regarding a "missed" or "unpaid" toll. If you have any questions about the validity of any message received from E-ZPass, please contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center.  

The CyberCrimes Division of the FBI is aware of the issue. Anyone receiving this scam email and/or may have fallen victim to this is encouraged to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center

Enter the Violation Number, License Plate Number, and State listed on your Violation Notice, and then click the "Login" button.

Follow the instructions on the next screens to pay your violation(s) by credit card or by using your E-ZPass account. To pay by check, follow the instructions on the Violation Notice.


Please note: If your violation is for travel prior to 1/1/2012, you need to resolve it by following the instructions on your violation notice, or by calling the violation processing center at 1-877-877-5882 (Outside U.S., please call 717.561.1522).

At the prompts, select 1 for the E-ZPass Customer Service Center/Violations,
and then 3 for the Violations Department.
